2. How does Remote Repair work? Basically, we use a high-speed internet connection and a simple applet to establish a connection between our PC and yours. We use Teamviewer that helps us connect to you. It is fast easy and secure.

1. Where are you located? Remote Computer Repair is based in Kingston Ontario Canada, but we are able to work with customers anywhere in the country and United States as long as you have high-speed internet access.
2. What kinds of problems can you fix? Viruses, error messages, slow-running system, etc.
3. What if I can't connect to the internet? We may be able to help you over the phone, or you can always ship it or drop it off or we can visit you at home as long as you live in Kingston.
4. Can anyone access my computer from the internet? Not through Remote Computer Repair's connection! We take your security very seriously and give you the power to grant or deny access to our Technicians. However, we do recommend that you be careful about signing up for other services online that may compromise your PC security.
