Kingston Remote Computer Repair- 98% of computer problems are software related and it can be corrected right over the internet. If you have a software issue we can connect to your PC using a high-speed internet connection and a simple applet to establish a connection between our PC and yours. We share your desktop and mouse pointer where you can show what the problem is an we can then identify the issue and resolve it. It can't be any easer than that! When the work is done we will send you an email request for payment.
Rates are just $15/h. For the first hour or part of the cost will be $15.00. After first hour we charge $3.75 for 15 min blocks. For your piece of mind, use Interac email Money Transfer, were we will email you an invoice after each session with instructions on how to email a money transfer. All you need is a bank account and access to your online banking to send us a email money transfer.
If you prefer to use a credit card or live in USA we will bill you through PayPal . You do not need to a member of PayPal for us to accept your payment. You can pay with a major credit card or debit card.
PC repair center – a place you can drop off or ship your pc to for a quick repair. Most parts sold at cost. All you pay additional is labor! You must make your own shipping arrangements, no exceptions. Click here to choose this option.

On site service - For the City of Kingston Ontario residents, we offer on site service at your home. A technician can usually be on site within 24 hours. Weekend and rush service available. Click here to choose this option.

This is The Most Cost-Effective Solution Out There!
This service is geared so that everyone can attain it. Even if you work for minimum wage you can afford us! There is no corporate over head cost embedded that you the consumer pays. You are only paying for a tech to repair your computer, as if you hired them to work for you. There is no paying a huge flat-rate fee up front for a single problem or getting stuck with a big "initiation fee" and then monthly payments, you simply "pay the tech for their time to assit you.
